Afrobeats Magazine practise photo's Analysis.

I took this photo on my street at night as you can see from the background. This is a medium long shot of my model jeremie.I think it is a god photo due to his pose and the use of the bike. However, the  photo doesnt look professional because of the objects in the background such as the care and the houses. As I like this photo I will attempt to use photoshop to remove the backround , so you can focus just on him.
This  is a high angle shot. It's not a great photo becuase there a re wuite a few  unecessary things in the photo. Jeremie's (model) pose wasn't great and he looks angry or upset in the photo which is not the feeling I am tryiing to get across. The cars behind him also makes the photo look messy. The photo would look better if it had a plain background to make jeremie really stand out even though he is cent

My Photos!

My photos!
This are the phtographs I took for my magazine. I originally wanted to only use my brother as my model but then while I was taking the photos I decided to involve our friend in the photshoot aswell. I chose to locate my photo shoot in southbank ,central london. I took the photos in a graffiti skate park. The location and background of my photo's represents my music genre which is hip hop and afrobeats. I took over 100 photographs and these are the photo's that I might choose to use for my magazine. I made my models do different poses and tried taking the photos in different angles.

Practice Photo Analysis.

Today, I experimented with a camera and went through my photgraphy skills. I was able to use 3 models who kindly assissted in doing various poses for me. I tried to do different camera positions. This task  was also benifcial for me becuase it helped me get an idea of what poses I will be getting my models to do for my front cover and double page spread. Experimenting with the camera also helped me with my directing skills and being  able to clearly explain want  I want my model to do!

Medium Shot
I won't be using the picture because it show the flash on the camera on the wall . It also shows the meeting point of the to walls behind my model whick makes it look unproffesional.

Full body shot
I may be using this picture for my widespread article. My models position is  amazing and she has the look for my fashion article. However the background of the picture slightly ruins the picture aswell as the leg on the bench that's we can see near my models legs. I will try my hardest to find a way to remove it so its at a high standard.

Two shot/medium shot
The positioning of the picture is good for a feature article. I could write in between the two models were there is space  However, the facial expression of one of my models isn't really appropiate for this so I may not use it for that reason only.

Close up shot
This is another photo I could use for my front cover. The model shows a clear happy facial expression. However, the flashlight from the camera is behind her on the wall which ruins the photo and makes it look messy. Although I could find a way of removing it.

                                           Medium long shot
This photo will be a great front cover. The background is brilliant and my model has the look that we usually see in  fashion magazine. She has a face that is likely to catch peoples attention and her hair makes the photo attractive. I may crop the photo just so that we can get a closer look at her face ,so therefore it will become a close-up photo.
